Not sure you can consider this a buy-low for the Giants but here we are. The Chicago defense has been suspectable to big plays and with Jaxon Dart ability to scramble can put his team in line for success this afternoon. The Giants have struggled stopping the run which was supposed to be a strong point of the defense but with Caleb Williams inconsistencies under center, this could be a New York backdoor especially in cold, snowy conditions.

FanDuel. In a surprise twist in Week 9, Giants running back Devin Singletary out-snapped his counterpart Tyrone Tracy, in the absence of Cam Skattebo. Singletary rushed eight times for 43 yards, as compared to five carries for 18 yards for Tracy, in a largely negative gamescript. Even with a more even workload share, I expect Singletary to clear this line in a matchup against the Bears 25th ranked run defense (per FTN’s DVOA). Plus, windy and potentially snowy weather could put a damper on the passing game today. I’d bet this up to over 36.5 rushing yards.

Kyle Monangai is coming off a monster game at Cincinnati and gets another tasty matchup vs. a Giants team giving up an NFL-high 5.5 yards per carry. Even with D’Andre Swift coming back, Monangai should get enough carries to go Over. I would play this to 48.5.
Look for this game to come down to whether or not the Giants have enough answers defensively for what the Bears bring to the table on offense. And defensively speaking for Chicago, I expect the speed and explosiveness within the front seven to be a significant challenge for the Giants offense to find consistency.

Monangai broke out last week against the Bengals, rushing for 176 yards on 26 carries. His heavy workload came without RB1 Deandre Swift in the lineup, but I still think Monangai can clear this total with Swift expected to play today coming off a groin injury. Bears HC Ben Johnson hinted that he may take a “hot hand” approach with his RBs, and this Giants defense is liable to give up 50+ rush yards to both backs. New York is giving up 150 rush yards per game, and rank dead last in defensive rushing DVOA. Monangai should get plenty of touches at home today in a frigid Chicago atmosphere.
The Chicago Bears had it as easy as they could last week offensively, against the worst defense in football in the Cincinnati Bengals. Now they have won five out of their last six games, boosting their spread value against a Giants team that is 0-5 on the road. In the second half of last week’s loss Jaxson Dart showed some confidence and growth in the passing game down the field. Look for that to be an x-factor Sunday, as the Giants hang around against the Bears.
I generally don't look at football weekend weather until Thursday night but just got a heads up from TheJoker100 in Discord about the forecast for Chicago on Sunday. It's not potentially great with possible snow and winds NNW at 15 to 25 mph. Higher wind gusts possible. I am frankly horrified that the new stadium in Arlington Park has a roof. The Bears need to be playing outdoors like the Packers and unlike those soft Vikings and Lions. But that's for another day. And it's not like playing outdoors has exactly led to a dynasty so ... this is the highest total left on our board and getting over 47 is nice (27-20).
