The Titans are winless on the road this season, but that could change Sunday when they face a Bucs club that is trending downward with four straight losses and squandered a victory in disastrous fashion last week in Houston.
Expect Bucs coach Todd Bowles to dial up a ton of pressure for rookie QB Will Levis, who does not handle physical pressure that particularly well. While the Bucs offense hasn't found a consistent run game, the passing game should have some modicum of success against this secondary.

Will Levis and the Titans roll into Tampa looking for a much needed win and the Bucs know that means selling out to stop Derrick Henry on the ground...which is exactly why we're taking the big fella through the air. Henry has eclipsed this number in four straight and six of eight games this season. Tampa boasts a solid run defense which should force Tennessee to continue feeding King Henry through the air. It's not always pretty but only takes a few simple receptions to cash.

Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton went off last week, catching six passes for 70 yards and two TDs. This week he faces a much tougher matchup against the Titans, who have given up the fourth-fewest targets to opposing tight ends. Otton will have fewer opportunities and I'm betting against him catching a long one.

The Titans have officially turned to Will Levis as their starting quarterback. He has shown an immediate connection with DeAndre Hopkins, including in Week 8 when Hopkins caught four passes for 128 yards and three touchdowns. Last week, he turned four receptions into 60 yards against the Steelers. The Buccaneers have given up the second-most passing yards per game in the league, putting Hopkins in a favorable position to hit his over.

I lean toward the over in this game because I think both teams will be able to move the ball through the air. With that in mind, I think Baker Mayfield will look toward Mike Evans, especially with an already bad Titans secondary dealing with some injuries. Evans is a guy who typically doesn't get a ton of targets, but I do expect him to hit this number even if he's limited to 3-4 receptions.

Not only did Hopkins have a catch go over 25 yards last week, but he's had a 25-plus-yard catch in five of his past six games. It should be much easier for rookie QB Will Levis to get him the ball this week compared to last week. The Buccaneers have allowed 19 receptions 25-plus yards to wide receivers this year, somehow that's only the second most in football. Of those 19, eight were on short throws that involved at least 15 yards after the catch, so it doesn't have to necessarily be a deep ball that gets Hopkins there. Best of all, the already-bad Bucs secondary could be without starting CBs Carlton Davis and Jamel Dean, making the easy matchup even easier.

Tampa Bay's pass defense is extremely vulnerable, especially to a QB with an arm like Will Levis'. With Treylon Burks not expected to play, DeAndre Hopkins should be featured heavily in this amazing matchup.

Will Levis has provided a big boost for the Titan's offense and particularly for DeAndre Hopkins who has piled up 17 targets, 188 yards and 3 TDs in two games, or really just 7 quarters. Levis and the Titans will now face a Bucs defense that is a significant pass funnel and ranks 26th in EPA allowed per dropback and 32nd explosive pass percentage. Hopkins has a very deep ADOT of 15.2 yards and is drawing consistent targets deep down the field.

The Titans have allowed 23 made field goals in nine games, including multiple kicks in seven of their eight games. McLaughlin is getting plenty of opportunities, having kicked two or more field goals in six of eight games. Don't overthink this one, play the trends and take Tampa Bay's kicker's over.

C.J. Stroud just lit up the Bucs passing defense, within his 470 yard game 8 completions were 21+ yards. D-Hop has caught at least one pass of 20+ yards in each of his last six games, with seven receptions of 25+ in that span. Take the over on his longest reception.

Will Levis heads into this game knowing he's the new QB1, and this should be his easiest matchup to date after recording 500 passing yards in his first two games. The Bucs had no shot at stopping C.J. Stroud last week, especially after Jamel Dean left the game with a concussion. It's unlikely he'll be cleared for this game, so Levis should be able to hit some downfield shots to sail past this number like he did against the Falcons in his debut. This number should be at least 10 yards higher and probably more.

Bucs offense has stalled out and they are worst in NFL in yards/rush, making White increasingly vital to moving the chains through the air. He's caught all 18 of his targets the last three games, going for 46, 77 and 65 yards in those games. Only Alvin Kamara has more receptions among RBs. He's probably the most reliable thing in their entire passing game at this point, and Baker isn't a bombs away QB.
The Bucs' 3-1 start seems like a distant memory. When starting corner Jamel Dean left the Week 9 game vs. Houston with a concussion, the Texans scored on five of their next six drives. Dean is unlikely to be back for Sunday's game, while fellow starting corner Carlton Davis also missed practice Wednesday with a toe injury. Titans rookie Will Levis has impressed in both games he's played and is set up for success against this terrible pass defense. Tennessee also has a big coaching edge with Mike Vrabel facing Todd Bowles.
The Titans are rolling with Will Levis as their starting QB, and he showed two weeks ago that he can bring upside to the downfield passing attack. The Bucs defense just got annihilated by C.J. Stroud downfield and will likely be missing its only solid cornerback after Jamel Dean left that game with a concussion. They rank 31st in yards per pass and 31st on third down, and the only Tampa opponent that hasn't gotten to 20 points in their last four games fumbled the ball away inside Tampa's 10 three times. The Titans defense has allowed 20-plus points in four straight, and with Baker Mayfield able to move the ball consistently via the pass, this seems like a game that should get to 40.
