The Bucks are winless but catch Indiana in the second of a B2B and without Ivica Zubac and Andrew Nembhard. Tyrese Haliburton will play both ends of a B2B in a maybe a minor surprise off missing last year, but I can't imagine the Pacers allow him to play mega-minutes.
Bucks backup center/power forward Kel’el Ware saw his minutes jump from 13 in Game 1 of the season, to 15 in Game 2, to 29 in Game 3 as it became clear Myles Turner just isn’t getting it done. That latter game, against the talented 76ers, Ware had 19 points and 13 rebounds. Here, Ware and the Bucks take on a Pacers defense that’s dead-last in the NBA in production allowed to opposing centers. Ware can fly over this total if he gets the minutes he’s earned.
The Indiana Pacers find themselves as road favorites tonight even being in a back to back spot. Last night’s win over the Nets was their first cover of the season, after being 0-2 ATS prior. That gives us a little bit of a discount on tonight’s number coupled with the Pacers being in a back to back spot. Take Indiana as they also have high interest facing their old teammate in Myles Turner. Lay the number.
