Al Horford averaged 19 PRA in the regular season while playing 30 minutes per game. He has struggled during this series and has yet to eclipse this combo line once. Horford is playing 33 minutes a game in this series and it is only a matter of time until he breaks out of his slump. The five time All-Star routinely stuffs the stat sheet and chips in points, rebounds, and assists. Boston wants to avoid a game seven and this number is very close to Horfords floor if he is on the court for 30+ minutes tonight.

The Celtics blew their chance to end this series on time, and a big reason why is because Jayson Tatum had a terrible game. He finished with 19 points in 8/21 shooting, including 1/10 from three. I have a hard time believing Tatum will have two bad nights in a row. Boston doesn't want this to go seven, and Tatum will do everything he can to make sure it doesn't.

Saddiq Bey has been instrumental in the Hawks pushing the Celtics to Game 6. With his size (6-foot-7, 215 pounds), he will continue to be a key asset off the bench. However he has had a pattern this series of a good game offensively followed by an off game. He scored 12 in Game 5, so I expect an off night tonight. I'm on his Under.

De'Andre Hunter has every opportunity to hit this. I'm a little surprised there isn't more juice. Hunter has hit a 3-pointer in every game this series, and has gone over this prop in three of the five games. The volume is consistently there, the question comes down to efficiency. Hunter is coming off back-to-back games with three triples, and I expect him to keep the momentum. Atlanta's best chance of staying in this game is by hitting perimeter shots. With plenty of attention being given to Trae Young, Hunter will be a solid second candidate to take care business from the behind the arc.

This could be it for Trae Young. I'm not just speaking about for this season but with the Hawks as well. Boston holds a 3-2 lead in the series and does not want this thing to drag out any further so expect the Celtics to go all out tonight which is why we're riding Trae Young to hit at least three from downtown. Simply put there's no tomorrow promised so we're not only getting the Hawks fighting for their playoff lives but also Trae potentially either fixing the issues at home or ending on a good note for a new team to see. Either way he's not leaving the court and every time he gets the rock he's looking to knock it down. I'll take the chance and fade the favorited odds to the under here, especially if Atlanta needs big points in a hurry late.

To be honest there isn't anything in this game that I love. However, the model likes the hot hand of Jaylen Brown predicting 31.3 Points for him after scoring 31 and 35 in the last two games. Join the Early Edge in 5 at 4pm ET for the full breakdown.

Derrick White was plus-9 in Game 5, Marcus Smart was minus-12, and Smart tallied a series-low 27 minutes. We might see that decrease a bit more given how well White is playing. He's gone Over this points total in four of five games and is shooting 59 percent in the series. In what should be another high-scoring affair in Atlanta, I'll back White to stay in rhythm.
The Celtics did not want to go back to Atlanta and they had a 13-point lead in Game 5 with less than four minutes to go and lost. The last three meetings have gone Over and that’s proved to be the Hawks winning move. Create chaos and they’ve now won two of the last three using their style. I don’t particularly like either side, it's a coin flip for me. But at home, the Hawks pushing the ball fast means the Celtics have to keep up. Over the total is the best bet here.

Dejounte Murray returns from his one-game suspension to try and help the Hawks force a Game 7. He has not had an overly efficient series, shooting 45.6 percent from the field. However, he has averaged 22.5 shot attempts per game, 8.3 of which have come from behind the arc. That heavy usage has helped him score at least 23 points in each game. I expect him to be just as aggressive in this matchup, so give me the over.
The Hawks will once again be facing elimination after staying alive with a win in Boston in Game 5. There were a combined 236 points scored in that game, despite Dejounte Murray sitting out because of a suspension. He returns for Game 6 and this game being in Atlanta is noteworthy. In the first two games of this series there, these teams combined for 252 and 250 points, respectively. Dating back to the regular season, the Hawks’ last 16 home games have gone over this total. I’ll hop on that streak.

Hawks guard Dejounte Murray cleared this number in the first four playoff games, averaging 37.8 combined points, rebounds and assists, before being suspended for Game 5. Playing at home and facing elimination, Murray should play about 40 minutes. The Celtics enter Game 6 determined to not let Trae Young beat them again. Bank on a big all-around game from Murray.
Pretty shocked like everyone else there even is a Game 6 (only NBA game Thursday) and now the Hawks get back Dejounte Murray from suspension. I seriously doubt the Celtics are in danger of losing this series, but Trae Young is wide awake and thriving now after struggling the firs two games, so it wouldn't surprise me if Atlanta forces a Game 7. I'll certainly take the points. The SL Model has Boston winning by 3. The 76ers have to be thrilled that their series vs. Boston can't start Saturday now as it allows Joel Embiid a few more days of rest.
