FanDuel. This matchup suits Cam Johnson tonight. The Thunder’s defense is predicated on taking away the pick and roll, which I’m expecting to be the case against Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray tonight. That scheme has yielded the second most made baskets allowed via the catch and shoot - which is Johnson’s main source of scoring. The sharpshooter has cleared this combined line in 11/13 games with Jokic and Murray active, but without Aaron Gordon, against the bottom 20 teams in catch and shoot defense this season.

This is a crazy high number; could the Joker get there? Sure. And Nikola and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander likely have a few MVP duel moments tonight in SGA's return. But Jokic could go 30/10/10 and we still win fairly easily. Gotta. In his lone game vs. OKC this season, Jokic had a PRA of 31 as the Thunder have two excellent bigs to deal with him in the Chetster (always makes me think of "Weird Science") and IH. Our model has Jokic with a 44.8 PRA. Two early fouls or one ankle tweak and this absolutely cashes. I obviously believe it does anyways, but if Jokic puts on a show with a 65 PRA to perhaps take MVP favored honors, I'll tip my cap.
