Kind of a contrarian play here. It felt like the offenses exploded in the last two games, though the total both times was 11. I like Spencer Strider against this A's offense and the Braves are unreliable. J.P. Sears has plenty of bad numbers, but he threw six scoreless at home last time out. Even a 5-4 final score gets us home here. We can do it.

The A's aren't an especially difficult matchup for Strider strikeout-wise, but they have been stingier at home. On average, the A's strike out 8.23 times at home for the entire game. Strider's average fastball is 95.6 mph -- good but not quite back to his pre-injury form.
