I believe we are getting a lower total offered in St. Louis versus Cincinnati based on the under being 6-1 over the last seven matchups. The Minnesota Twins are just 4 and 10 over their last fourteen games, and coming off being swept by the Phillies. I look for today to be an isolated regroup spot, as Atlanta has lost three straight game one’s in a series. Martin Perez has not given up a run in three starts this month, but all were divisional opponents. Look for the Twins to get to Perez enough to cash as a home underdog.

Brandon Lowe has had multiple strikeouts in four straight games, and seven out of his last eight overall. Even with that he has made an impact with his other at bats. He’s had a hit in five straight games, with five RBI’s, and a couple of runs over that span. Framber Valdez is coming off a rocky outing against the Guardians in which he had a season high five walks, look for Lowe to extend his hitting streak to six games and clear his combination line.
