Understanding Public and Money

Arizona State has leaned heavily on the run game this season, but they don’t have Cam Skattebo in the backfield. Sam Leavitt has been turnover-prone, and the Bears have the secondary to create some disruption while also having the better pass rush off the edge. Baylor has been the better team on the offensive side of the ball while also having the home crowd behind them.
The Texas State result aside from last week, we still wonder if the Sun Devils are going to be dropping a notch or two this season now that terrorizing RB Cam Skattebo is in the NFL with the Giants, and how Sam Leavitt will fare minus such an infantry diversion. We note ASU struggles a year ago on the Big 12 road, where Texas Tech and Cincy both scored wins. Meanwhile, Baylor is already battle-tested, having split with Auburn and SMU, the latter an uplifting Sept 6 fightback win that can generate momentum for the rest of the season. Note QB Sawyer Robertson already on 10 TD passes, while RB Bryson Washington gaining better than 100 ypg. Play Baylor.
