The Wolverines have the more efficient offense and more disciplined on defense, with their ability to create turnovers. George Washington, with their fast tempo, are prone to turnovers and the Wolverines are 9th in the nation in that department.
I'm thinking that the total of 153.5 is lighter than what will happen in the NIT game with George Washington visiting Utah Valley University. This is an opportunity to recruit to a new audience for Utah Valley. They finished first in the WAC at 25-8. They play a solid defense and shoot 50.3% from the field, which ranks 10th nationally. If the two teams just play their season average, it ends up with the score of 80.1 to 73.7. I think Utah Valley puts on a show and treats the NIT with some reverence that you might not see with other schools.
