Playtech expands New Jersey footprint with Ember Casino partnership

Online casino software developer Playtech is expanding in New Jersey after forming a partnership with Delaware North's Ember Casino. It will provide Ember NJ with its full suite of games, including slots, tables, and live dealer games. Playtech will also supply its PAM+ platform, Open Platform (POP), and BetBuddy responsible gambling tech.

Delaware North, which operates retail casinos in several states, recently launched Ember online casino in New Jersey. The Garden State is one of the most competitive iGaming markets, with more than 30 NJ online casinos available. 

An executive at Delaware North said he hopes that its alliance with Playtech will help it succeed in this crowded market. Lee Terfloth, Chief Interactive Gaming Officer of Delaware North, spoke of his company's long-term vision for the Playtech partnership:

"This launch represents another important milestone in the continued evolution of the Ember Casino brand and our broader digital gaming strategy. Playtech's platform, content and responsible gaming capabilities make them a strong long-term strategic partner as we continue expanding into new markets and enhancing the player experience across our growing digital gaming portfolio."
