Beverley is getting too much love with Dame out. They have almost doubled his usual output. I simply don’t think he plays enough quality min to get 10. Under.
This is simply a massive RA line or Patrick Beverley who averages 5.9 combined RA on the season. That number decreases to 5.4 RA since joining the Milwaukee Bucks despite playing identical minutes. Beverley is in line to start with Damian Lillard ruled out already, however Beverley is unlikely to play more than 30 minutes. Pat has only eclipsed 30+ minutes four times all season, and I think he's unlikely to do in back to back games. There is also some major blowout risk in this game. This is a terrific spot.
This is a huge line for Jordan Poole who averages a combined 23.8 PRA on the season. Poole has been playing better basketball recently but entrusting him with a large combo is a seriously dangerous proposition (pun intended). Poole is seemingly one mistake or play away from getting benched as he frequently draws the ire of his coaches and teammates. While the Bucks arent an elite defense, theyre good enough to contain Jordan Poole who is prone is mental lapses and Poole possesses arguably the worst shot selection in the league. There is also some massive blowout risk in this game as well.
Not sure if Giannis is going to play in this one but thinking they maybe hold him out for Wed home game against a real NBA team. Middleton is over this in 5 straight games and WSH was the second worst team allowing rebounds to the opposition in March and no reason to think that doesn't continue into April. Even if he ends up playing limited minutes this isn't a huge number and it's below Middleton's average the last 10 games despite how bad the opposition is.
Even if MIL takes it a little easy here they can still cover this with Bobby Portis stepping up. Bucks do have two days off before they one, but host the Griz on Wed, Regardless, they are too sound for this, Miami just covered this at WSH and the Wizards are dealing with some key injuries. WSH 12-24-1 at home and 10-19-1 as home dog. Good opportunity for Bucks depth pieces to make their case before playoffs and against a very bad Wizards outfit.
