The wrong team is favored in my opinion as Washington is playing very well of late, even if the team gagged away what looked like a sure win in Boston on Sunday. The Grizzlies for sure are down Grayson Allen (9.3 ppg) and perhaps Kyle Anderson (13.6 ppg, 6.2 rpg) as well. The Wizards have covered four straight at home.

The Wizards have covered eight of nine and are kicking themselves for blowing a late lead in Boston. During that nine-game stretch, the only game Washington did not cover was on the second night of a back-to-back versus the Clippers. Memphis has been up and down and is coming off its best offensive performance. Grab the home dog.

The Wizards have been a much-improved team lately. They lost a close contest against Boston on Sunday, but they are still 7-2 over their last nine games. They aren’t just beating up on bad teams either, considering they posted wins over the Los Angeles Lakers, Portland and Denver (twice) during that stretch. Look for Washington to emerge with a win here as well.
