I agree with the line move and am jumping in on Philly, which is 8-3 ATS in its last 11 versus winning teams. Back the 76ers to keep rolling at home versus the slumping Nuggets.
The 76ers are looking for revenge after they squandered a 21-point lead and lost the first meeting in Denver. But the Nuggets are in need of a solid performance following disappointing road losses to the Celtics and Nets. Joel Embiid was benched late in the last game because his turnovers were becoming a liability. Denver's Nikola Jokic could get the best of Embiid on both ends.
The Nuggets are in a bit of a rut right now, having lost four of their last five games. The only game they won during that stretch came against the lowly Knicks. It’s no coincidence that three of those losses came on the road, where they are just 4-5-1 ATS. The Sixers are a sparkling 12-0 at home and will have their star quartet of Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris and Al Horford at their disposal, so I’ll take them to remain undefeated at home and cover along the way.
