Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

Some green shoots on the landcape in Chapel Hilll? UNC's losing streak has reached four, but the Heels are getting close, only a matter of inches away from winning last week vs. Virginia in OT, after playing well enough to win at Cal the previous Friday. For all of the shtick taken by Bill Belichick (who presented a nice target), maybe he was right recently when saying he didn’t think his team was far away. The Heels controlled the line of scrimmage vs. the ‘Hoos, stalling the UVa ground game and piling up six sacks of Chandler Morris. The Cavs were held to only 259 yards, and UNC's offense, generously called a work in progress, recorded a season-high 359 yards. It's a start! Play UNC
What has Syracuse shown you since Steve Angeli went down? They've lost by 35, 13, 17, and 25 points since. UNC arguably should’ve beaten Cal and a ranked Virginia team in their last two games. Bill Belichick’s team, which has been a big disappointment in 2025, seems like the right side to back right now. UNC 27, Syracuse 21.
