Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

Pack HC Jeff Choate is at least trying to keep games competitive by slowing the pace. Nevada doesn't have a downfield passing game of note with either of its two QBs, Chubba Purdy or AJ Bianco. But it does have some serviceable RBs in Herschel Turner and Caleb Ramseur that allows the Pack to at least slow the pace. Nothing is wrong with the Nevada defense, either, continuing to play hard for Choate and DC Kane Ionae. Meanwhile, Fresno needn't do anything too flashy this week, and the Bulldogs can gladly lean of RBs Bryson Donelson and Rayshon Luke, as Matt Entz could be understandably reluctant to let QB EJ Warner (5 TDP but also 5 picks) start winging the ball.
