Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

I expect a fast pace between High Point and Arkansas in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament in Portland. High Point comes in as a 12 seed, and they've got a 15-game winning streak. They were relentless against Wisconsin. They wouldn't die; they just kept coming back. High Point shot only 42% from the field against Wisconsin, but they only made six turnovers. High Point has gone over in its last two games and 21 times on the season, while Arkansas has gone over 20 times. Arkansas won the SEC tournament and beat Hawaii 97 78 in the First Round, which went over. I made this total 178, and it opened 168.5. Just the over.
I'm taking the bait. First one to 100 wins? This matchup pits Arkansas, the third highest scoring team in the country (90.1 points per game) against High Point, the fourth highest scoring team this season (89.8 PPG). The Razorbacks have scored 86+ points in 10 of their last 12 games and now face a team who is playing only their second power conference foe this year. John Calipari's team drops 100 and this one ends up closer to 190 than 160.
