FanDuel Casino continues to grow and further establish itself as a go-to destination for online casino players, and that shows with a new partnership with Playtech. According to a press release, Playtech will introduce its iPoker network to North American players for the first time via the recent launch of PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel, powering poker games for FanDuel in three states and in Canada.

Playtech debuts iPoker network thanks to FanDuel Casino

The iPoker network is one of Playtech's most-established and trusted platforms, according to the announcement, long operating around the world in regulated markets. The U.S. real money online casino industry, though, had remained a sought-after territory for the company.

Fortunately, through a deal with FanDuel – with the popular FanDuel Casino promo code for new users – Playtech's iPoker platform now makes North American landfall for the first time. The company powers poker games for real money through FanDuel in three U.S. states:

The partnership also includes Playtech, providing online poker for FanDuel in Ontario. When FanDuel does enter the Alberta online casino market, expected to launch July 13, users will likely find Playtech's iPoker offering as well.

Playtech leverages the well-established reputation of the FanDuel brand

Considering Playtech's iPoker platform had never enjoyed a regulated North American presence before, landing a partner like FanDuel Casino is quite the coup. And Playtech officials agree.

FanDuel, Playtech emphasized in the announcement, is one of the country's leading operators. So getting that platform in Playtech's corner "reinforces the upward trajectory of Playtech's broader North American growth strategy," per a press release.

"Debuting our industry-leading iPoker platform in North America with a valued partner like FanDuel is a defining moment for Playtech's North American expansion," Marat Koss, chief interactive gaming officer at Playtech, said in a statement. "We're immensely proud to bring our poker platform to three major regulated markets and support FanDuel in their mission to deliver a top-tier poker experience to players."

For FanDuel, the decision to integrate Playtech's iPoker platform comes on the heels of the company retiring the PokerStars brand and integrating it into FanDuel under the "PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel" banner in the U.S. and Canada.
