DraftKings online casino Maine: What is known so far?

With online casinos now legal, is DraftKings coming to Maine? A guide to all that is known about a DraftKings Casino Maine launch as of September 2026.

Less than two weeks into 2026, Maine became the next state to legalize online casinos, paving the way for top brands such as DraftKings Casino to potentially expand into the jurisdiction. While DraftKings Online Casino Maine is not yet live in the state, it is widely speculated that it will once regulators finalize rules, issue licenses and open the doors to the industry. This guide covers everything that is known about DraftKings' expected expansion into the state.

While not definitive, there is certainly an avenue for a DraftKings Casino Maine launch. The brand already offers licensed sports betting in the state courtesy of a partnership with the Passamaquoddy Tribe of Wabanaki Nations.

That's significant considering that the recently passed state law creates four licenses to be awarded to platforms that have a tribal partnership, all of which will be regulated by the Maine Gambling Control Unit.

Thanks to that deal with the Passamaquoddy Tribe, which allowed for the launch of DraftKings Sportsbook Maine, it is widely accepted that the company would roll out its online gambling platform, which is considered one of the top legal online casinos in the US, when the Maine online casino market debuts.

There's no guarantee as to what DraftKings Online Casino Maine will look like or offer when it does launch. That said, users can look to the brand's casino app in other states to see what could be coming down the pike.

In other jurisdictions, DraftKings Casino boasts hundreds of popular and exclusive slots, table games and live dealer titles. Its wide collection of games is just one of the reasons why it is considered one of the top platforms in each state, including the ever-competitive landscape of New Jersey online casinos.

In addition to that deep library of titles, DraftKings Casino frequently rolls out promotional events for existing users while adding a handful of new games each Friday. There could also be a DraftKings Maine promo code that unlocks additional bonuses.

Again, nothing mentioned here is confirmed to be included with the DraftKings Casino Maine launch. However, that doesn't mean DraftKings Online Casino Maine won't include these features.

Once DraftKings Online Casino Maine goes live, there may be some characteristics about it that would appear attractive to eligible customers in the state.

While not confirmed, DraftKings users may be automatically enrolled in the Dynasty Rewards program, allowing them to rack up credits while playing their favorite casino games online. Those credits may be redeemable for a number of perks, depending on a customer's tier status. Each tier has its own unique benefits, ranging from discounts in the DraftKings store to potential casino bonuses.

It would not be surprising to see DraftKings Online Casino Maine integrate its shared wallet feature. With the sportsbook already licensed and regulated in the state, introducing the casino app would likely make enjoying DraftKings' slots, for example, even easier.

Based on DraftKings Casino in other states, with the shared wallet, existing sportsbook customers would already have accounts attached to the casino side, allowing them to use funds from sports betting to play the best casino games in the regulated US market.

When is DraftKings coming to Maine? As there has been no confirmation that DraftKings intends to launch its online casino in the state, and with no official license issued for DraftKings Online Casino Maine, staying up to date on the future of the platform can be difficult.

Fortunately, our Maine online casino guide keeps tabs on all the latest news regarding online gambling in the state, giving users a go-to source for all the latest updates.

There is a chance, too, that DraftKings Online Casino Maine (once licensed and approved to launch) opens the doors for pre-registration, as it has done in other states. While not guaranteed that DraftKings will do so, eligible users may be able to create an account ahead of the actual launch date.

Those customers would be notified of any news regarding DraftKings Online Casino Maine and be ready as soon as it goes live.

DraftKings Online Casino Maine is not yet live in the state. While a bill legalizing online casino gaming has become law to open the doors to iGaming, regulators still need to review and issue licenses to any online casinos looking to operate in Maine.

Yes. DraftKings Casino, at least in other states, boasts hundreds of popular slots, table games and live dealer titles while operating as a standalone app apart from DraftKings Sportsbook. However, users can enjoy a shared wallet, allowing them to use funds from their sports betting account to play DraftKings Casino games.

There is no DraftKings Maine promo code as of now. That could change, however, if DraftKings receives a license and nears launch in early 2027.

Lawmakers expect Maine online casinos, potentially including DraftKings Online Casino Maine, to launch by early 2027.
