BetMGM Casino Promo Code Explained
BetMGM Casino has a special bonus for new players, and getting the most out of the offer requires understanding the conditions and terms of the deal.
The BetMGM Casino app is a favorite for players in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. It's the perfect way to access online casino games for real money, and if you haven't yet checked the app out, there is currently an incentive for you to do so in the form of a special new player bonus. Players who maximize the value of that offer do so by understanding how to enjoy the optimal level of play with the deal.
The value of the BetMGM Casino bonus code
New users who sign up for BetMGM Casino using our exclusive bonus code SPORTSLINE receive sign-up credit and a match of their first deposits. The value of those bonuses depends on which of the four states you register in.
Players in MI, NJ, and PA get $25 in casino credit as a sign-up bonus plus a 100% match of their first deposits of at least $10 in casino credit up to $1,000. New customers in WV receive $50 in casino credit as a sign-up bonus, a 100% match of their first deposits of at least $10 in casino credit up to $2,500, and 50 bonus spins for use on the Bellagio Fountain of Fortunes slot.
Taking advantage of this bonus offer is simple. You only need your phone, a few minutes, and a form of payment.

Eligibility requirements for the BetMGM Casino offer
BetMGM Casino is only available to potential customers who are at least 21 years old. While BetMGM only offers games for real money in MI, NJ, PA, and WV, you do not need to be a resident of those four states to take advantage of this offer.
You must be within the borders of one of those states to use your bonus spins or casino credit or play at BetMGM with real money. These bonuses are only available to people who have never held an account with BetMGM.
If you have opened an account with BetMGM Sportsbook or BetMGM Poker in the past, BetMGM Casino does not consider you a new customer for the purposes of this deal even if you have never played on BetMGM Casino before. State laws dictate that each person may only have one account with all licensed online casino sites for real money.
Expiration terms for BetMGM's new player bonuses
Besides eligibility requirements, the next most important considerations with this deal are the valid periods of use for the bonus spins and casino credits. For the 50 bonus spins for players in WV, the bonus spins expire seven days after receipt.
The sign-up bonuses are also valid for seven days following receipt. Participants have twice as long to use the deposit match bonus funds, though, as those do not expire until 14 days after receipt.
Any unused bonus spins or casino credit funds will be removed from players' accounts upon expiration. The next pertinent factors in this offer are playthrough requirements for withdrawals.
Playthrough requirements for the BetMGM new user offer
Playthrough requirements are wagering minimums that players must meet before bonuses expire in order to withdraw any of the bonus value as real money. It is common for casinos like BetMGM to list these requirements as a multiplier.
The most generous terms in terms of playthrough requirements from BetMGM pertain to the 50 bonus spins for new players in WV at 0x. Any winnings you may collect from using those spins are immediately withdrawable as real money.
The playthrough requirement for the sign-up credit for players in all four states is 1x. That means you only have to risk their value one time to satisfy the requirement.
For the deposit match funds, the playthrough requirement is 15x. This means that if you deposited $10 to get $10 in matching funds, you would need to wager at least $150 during the 14-day period for any of the bonus value to be withdrawable.
Other playthrough rules to be aware of
Not all games on BetMGM Casino contribute to playthrough requirements at the same rate or at all. The rules on game contribution vary from state to state at BetMGM.
For players in MI, PA, and WV, wagers on live dealer games, RNG table games, and slots contribute to playthroughs. NJ players can only work toward playthroughs with bets on slots.
Also in MI, PA, and WV, wagers on live dealer games and video poker contribute to playthrough requirements at a reduced 20% rate, while bets on RNG blackjack games contribute at a 10% rate. That means $0.20 of every $1 in casino credit bet on live dealer games and video poker and $0.10 of every $1 in casino credit wagered on RNG blackjack games count toward playthroughs.
Final considerations for the BetMGM Casino bonus code deal
Two final terms to be aware of include a house rule that players can only work on satisfying one playthrough requirement at a time. Users can switch between the playthroughs on the apps and website, though.
The other condition is that while the $25 or $50 sign-up credit doesn't require a deposit to receive, you must make a minimum deposit of at least $10 before you can withdraw any of those funds. Your minimum deposit of $10 for the deposit bonus will satisfy that requirement, should you decide to do so.
BetMGM Casino offers thousands of slots and regular bonuses for all players besides this welcome offer. The introductory bonus is the best way to become familiar with every aspect of BetMGM Casino.
