Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

How could I not back Arsenal here? They just passed their toughest test of the season, coming back from two goals down to beat Chelsea, and now they get a Napoli side that has looked pretty rough.
Arsenal are 4-0 to start the season and have conceded just one goal. Napoli opened with a 2-0 win over Genoa, but since then they have lost back-to-back matches and allowed five goals.
Mikel Arteta has a chance to take Arsenal to back-to-back Champions League finals. This team won every match in the League Phase last season, and I think they will start this year's run the same way. Give me Arsenal.
Arsenal had a terrific record in the Champions League group stage last year: eight wins from eight games, with 23 goals scored and four conceded. The Gunners ultimately finished runners-up after losing to PSG on penalties in the final, but they’ll be determined to get their hands on the trophy this season. They’ve made a blistering start to the new campaign, winning their first four games, and they’ll be buoyed by their 2-1 victory over Chelsea at the weekend. Napoli are coming off back-to-back defeats to Como and Inter, and they could struggle to deal with Arsenal’s physicality and intensity.
