Teams from New York and Buffalo might be in their element with snow, rain, cold and/dor a slippery field but are still affected by unwelcome conditions. This total has dipped by two points, so interested parties should grab it soon. Five weeks ago, the Jets and Bills combined for 37 points. Since, New York has swapped out QBs, but this remains a defense-first squad. The visitors have been Under in five of their last seven outings, the hosts in eight of the past 10.

That excellent Jets defense really did a number on Buffalo in the first meeting, which New York won 20-17. The Jets dealt the Bills one of their three losses on the season back in Week 9, and the Buffalo offense had its worst day yardage and points-wise all season. The Jets scored 20 points behind Zach Wilson at QB in that game and have seemingly upgraded at the position. But Mike White has gotten to face two bad pass defenses in his first two starts, and he was brutalized by the Bills defense last year in his final start for the Jets. That Buffalo defense has lost Von Miller but gained Tre'Davious White since the Week 9 meeting and just excelled against the Patriots offense. This feels like a defensive struggle to me where the 27-18 implied totals to get it over is a stretch.
