Tennessee +3
The Colts will be without center Ryan Kelly, running back Jonathan Taylor, defensive tackle DeForest Buckner and defensive end Denico Autry. If the Titans can clean up the special teams miscues that killed their chances in the first meeting, they should take this to the wire if not win outright.

The Titans have failed to win consecutive games since beginning the season with five straight victories. They have an opportunity here to avenge their worst loss of the season. With Indianapolis QB Philip Rivers' turnover issues, expect Tennessee to flip the script in its second matchup with the Colts in three weeks. Grab the Titans.

Indianapolis -3
Rematch games are always about adjustments. Just two weeks ago, we saw the Colts attack Tennessee's defense with a heavy dose of RB Nyheim Hines. What has changed a bit since then has been the Colts passing game has started to click, and RB Jonathan Taylor has started to find some rhythm. They still have a stellar defense and won't allow a team like Tennessee to hang around and pull off a comeback like it did in Baltimore.

Revenge is on the mind of the Titans. They lost to the Colts on Thursday Night Football 34-17 just two weeks ago. Teams playing in a revenge spot within two weeks off losing the first contest are 23-8-1 ATS on the last 32 occasions and 12-2 ATS since 2015. The Cots will be without starting C Ryan Kelly (one point off), LB Bobby Okereke (one point) and DT DeForest Buckner (one point), while G Quenton Nelson is very questionable (1.5 points if out). Tennessee got back on track last week with its win over Baltimore.

The Colts' injuries do not concern me much as others, after all, but their victory 2+ weeks ago over the Titans did not shock me that much either considering Tennessee's special teams took it out of contention in that game. We have seen what the Titans look like when they have extra time to prepare, and Ryan Tannehill got his mojo back last week after a few below-par showings. Not only am I taking the three points, I'm going to sprinkle on Tennessee straight up as well. Never turn down a field goal for an underdog if offered, though.

UNDER 51.5
This spot is interesting because these teams just played 17 days ago. They're familiar with one another, know what the other is trying to do, and both have a lot on the line. A Colts win would be huge for Indianapolis because while they'd only be up a game on the Titans in the division, they'd hold a tie-breaker having won both meetings. In other words, the Titans would effectively be two games behind. And if the Titans win, they're in first place. Combine the familiarity and the possibility of both teams getting a bit more conservative with so much on the line, and the Under just looks enticing.

The Colts beat the Titans by 17 a few weeks ago, but that score is misleading: The Titans' practice squad punter had one punt go 17 yards and another was blocked, both resulting in Colts TDs. It's difficult to sweep a division opponent under ideal circumstances, and Indy's will be far from ideal. The Colts will be without defensive starters DeForest Buckner, Denico Autry and Bobby Okereke, as well as starting center Ryan Kelly and RB Jonathan Taylor. Grab the points.
