Derek Carr, Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper are all dealing with lingering injuries at this point in the season that will limit their effectiveness. All three will play, but I'm concerned with the Carr finger injury that limits him from taking direct snaps, making the Raiders a little one dimensional. I like Andrew Luck and the Colts to cover and possibly win the game.

After staying in Over territory for six straight weeks, Oakland has observed the laws of gravity and fallen Under the past two. It’s no coincidence that QB Derek Carr is enduring a sore finger that prevents him from taking snaps directly behind center. Yet, this matchup has drawn the Raiders’ highest total all year. One reason is the Colts, who regularly are assigned plus-50 totals. But they have gone Under in four of the past five, while the latest Raiders’ games were limited to 35 and 34.

The Colts and Raiders have both stayed Under the total in their last two games, but I like this to be a shootout with two bad defenses. Derek Carr's injured finger may have had something to do with the Raiders not looking like their usual self in the last two after a seven-game Over streak. The Colts have gone Over in five of six road games and the only Under was last week at Minnesota, where the offense looked very sharp. Over is the top play here.

The Raiders offense hasn't looked pretty since Derek Carr injured his finger, and they've scored just 32 points in their last two games combined. Their defense has started to play better, and the Raiders have been Under the total in two straight after six straight Overs. The Colts are also no stranger to going Under the total, having done so in four of their last five with their defense playing well for the most part. A Colts total hasn't been Over 53 since Week 9, so unless the Oakland offense gets back on track here, this should be a relatively safe play.
