DraftKings. I’m going to hop on the over for Saddiq Bey’s points for the third straight game. The Pelicans will once again be without Trey Murphy - Bey has 20+ points in each of the four games he’s played without the team’s leading scorer. Dejounte Murray will return tonight, but I do expect his minutes to be carefully monitored. And it’s likely Murray’s playing time will be carved out from Jordan Poole’s - an equally high-usage player. It’s a solid matchup for Bey’s skillset against a Warriors squad that ranks in the bottom 10 against spot up and transition points.

The Warriors continue to play without Stephen Curry (knee). Since he went down, Gui Santos scored at least 13 points in six of seven games. During that span, he averaged 15.0 points and shot 45.5% from behind the arc. Going back even further, Santos has averaged 15.2 points and 28 minutes over the last nine games. The Pelicans have the fourth-worst defensive rating in the league, so with more minutes likely coming his way again, Santos is in a favorable position to reach this over.

De’Anthony Melton has eclipsed this line in three consecutive games but I believe this is a significantly inflated line considering his playing time, role, and usage. Melton hovers between 22-25 minutes and while he’s never been afraid to shoot, this is projected to be a paced down environment. I would also argue that Melton looks like a regression candidate as well.
