Donte DiVincenzo should be a major beneficiary of no Anthony Edwards tonight as he sure was Sunday when Ant left as DD played a season-high 38 minutes against the Pacers and had a season-high 17 points on a season-high 13 shot attempts. I'm obviously hope for similar on all. Our model has him at 15.3 tonight against the Nuggets. Denver allowed 137 points in its lone road game thus far.
This is a tough spot for the Timberwolves. This is the second game of a back-to-back for them after they pulled out a four-point win over the shorthanded Pacers on Sunday. The biggest headline is that Anthony Edwards left that game in the first quarter with right hamstring tightness and did not return. Given the quick turnaround here, I don’t think he plays against the Nuggets. Without Edwards, the Timberwolves are an entirely different team.
