FanDuel. Russell Westbrook has cleared this line in four of the five full games he’s played this series. Coming off the heels of game 6 where he played 35-minutes and wound up closing the game over Michael Porter Jr., I like Russ to once again crack the 30-minute barrier tonight. Even if not, this is a line he’s cleared in 26/39 games with at least 25 minutes, playing alongside both Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. Westbrook was tied for the team lead with nine drives last game - I expect the same aggression in a must-win matchup tonight.

Veteran players have that ability to preserve their energy for an expected long series. James Harden had been held in check from a scoring stand point in games two through five, averaging just sixteen points. His shot attempts were down, but in game six he took twenty shots his most since game one. Expect Harden to be ready for another big game tonight in a must win game seven. Take his points over.
For the first time since game one the Denver Nuggets are favored in their series against the LA Clippers. Typically, the home court edge pays off for the home team in game seven, but I’ll side with the Clippers here. Look for the Clippers to not make the same mistake as game five when they came out flat at Denver. Just like the Nuggets last playoff series when they were up 3-2 against Minnesota, they fall short in game seven. Take the Clippers.
The Clippers were 30-11 at home this season, but they were just 20-21 on the road. They have lost two of three games in Denver in this series. Nikola Jokic is the best player in the series and Jamal Murray has cranked up his scoring production. Even Russell Westbrook is healthy again and has provided a spark off the bench. I can’t trust James Harden on the road in a Game 7, so I’ll take the Nuggets to win and advance.

The Nuggets have a terrible bench. It has forced them to rely on their starters to play huge minutes. The only reserve who has been playing considerable minutes is Russell Westbrook. Outside of when he left early with an injury in Game 3, Westbrook has logged at least 23 minutes in each of the other four games that he has played in. In all four of those games, he scored at least 14 points. The Nuggets desperately need his scoring off the bench, and he has averaged 14.8 points per game at home. Look for him to remain busy in Game 7.
It's been a big switch in totals patterns in the NBA playoffs after unders dominated the first week. Now it's the overs in charge into this weekend, on a 12-4 run after the Rockets and Warriors easily cleared their number last night. Given some of the earlier higher totals in this particular series, we're a bit surprised there hasn't been more upward movement as these two have blown past the total in the past two games. James Harden's 28 points for the Clips in Game 6 signified he's back into this series, and Russell Westbrook's return to active duty has provided a big spark for the Nuggets and points off the bench. Play Clippers-Nuggets Over

We hit on Christian Braun in Game 6, so why wouldn’t we go back to the well when he is shooting a high% and is assuredly playing 36+ minutes? Braun is again projected for around 13.5 points and the line is actually a little better than the -125 we got on Thursday night. We are still getting buy low value because he only scored 5 and 9 in games 2 and 3, but those 2 games are his only unders in his last 17 games. He put up 11+ points in 35 of 43 games (81.4%) at home.
