Daniel Gafford has been a monster of late and should only see more minutes tonight if necessary with the Mavs down PJ Washington (personal) as well as a few bodies from the Luka Doncic trade -- Anthony Davis will not debut here. Gafford might be very motivated to go nuts as his starting spot probably is on the line with AD in tow.

The Sixers have now gone over in nine of their last 13 games and seven of their last eight at home. Mavs have defensive issues and Sixers have become an elite three-point shooting team. However, Philly still has significant defensive flaws, too (blowing a 26-point lead to Boston and nearly losing by 10). Maybe AD makes his Mavs debut and scores at will with no Embiid but that won't stop the perimeter barrage. Seven of the last 10 Sixers games are over this total and the average in the last 11 games is over 230. Mavs are over in six of seven and allowed at least 115 points in six of those games. They can't blame Luka for allowing 91 in first half Sunday night!
