Jalen Johnson, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Clint Capela are all out for this game. This will mark the third straight game that the trio has missed. In the first game they all sat out, Zaccharie Risacher scored 30 points against the Cavaliers. In the second game, he scored 17 points against the Pacers. He logged at least 25 minutes and took at least 11 shots in both of those games. Expect him to continue to see added minutes and shot attempts Monday.

The Hawks have lost eight straight and dropped below .500 at 22-27 on the season. One of those losses was to Detroit on January 22nd. Detroit has won both meetings against the Hawks this year. The Pistons are 25-24 and everybody's just figuring out their roles but they're ready for the playoffs. They're probably going to beat somebody in the playoffs as well. They're hungry. Detroit won its last two since being at home after losing three straight on the road. Pistons win tonight.

DraftKings. Jalen Duren has been a force for the upstart Pistons of late. Over his last nine games, he’s cleared this line eight times, averaging 27.6 points plus rebounds in that span. As a rim-running big man, Duren almost exclusively operates at the rim. The Hawks are a rim-funnel defensively, allowing the fourth most points at the basket. Against teams ranked in the bottom 12 of at-rim defense, Duren has cleared this line in 12 of 16 games when he plays at least 24 minutes. I’d play this line up to over 24.5 as well.

There's no one on the court to score. Even with Jalen Johnson the Hawks’ road 2pt% was just 52%, and I can't imagine it gets better without him. Clint Capela is also out for ATL and you lose nearly 10 points of high efficient paint scoring. Trae Young is probable, but still won't be playing at 100%. Even Bogdan Bogdanovic is out for personal reasons. As for the Pistons, they still haven't upped their 3pt % at home. Even when they are winning and covering their last two home games, they were shooting 29% from deep. Good luck finding points in this game.
