Injuries are already having an impact on the 76ers. Both Joel Embiid (knee) and Paul George (knee) have been ruled out, robbing them of two of their top scorers. That will leave Kelly Oubre Jr., Caleb Martin and Eric Gordon as the main supporting options behind Tyrese Maxey. Even though the Bucks will also be without Khris Middleton (ankle), look for Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard to lead them to victory.

This is a big combo line even for Giannis considering that the former MVP averaged a combined 18.0 Reb + Ast last season. I like fading bloated combo lines early in the season when its unlikely that starters are going to play heavy minutes. Case in point, not a single player in either game last night played over 36 minutes.

This already has flipped from Sixers around -2.5 to Bucks at this moneyline number as Joel Embiid has been ruled out on top of Paul George. Here I thought I missed the NBA, but I don't miss that silliness. Tempted to just ban betting Philly this year. Giannis should have a clear path to the basket without those two defenders. No Khris Middleton for the Bucks, but I really liked their offseason addition of Gary Trent, who simply slides into that spot. A full offseason under Coach Doc Rivers can only help this team.
