No one ever said the Magic were the 1995-96 Bulls, so an occasional brief dip in form can be expected. In Orlando's case, back-to-back losses vs. playoff-bound Knicks and Pacers entries in which the Magic offense failed to reach 100 points in either game. It would help for recently slumping Franz Wagner to rediscover his shooting eye, though good news for Jamahl Mosley is the expected return of G Jalen Suggs, who missed the NY and Indiana losses with a thigh strain. Note Orlando recently beat the Nets by 27 at Barclays Center on Feb. 27, and Kevin Ollie's Brooklyn has lost and failed to cover three of four immediately after a win (Nets won vs. Cavs on Sunday). This number is simply way too low for a scorer the caliber of Franz Wagner. Franz averages 20.1 PPG so we're getting a nice discount on this line as well. Wagner has been quiet recently and the Nets are more of a neutral matchup, but this is simply an automatic play for me at this number in almost any matchup. Look for Franz to get back on track even in a low scoring affair against the Nets.
