No NBA scoring leader Bradley Beal for Washington, so I think we are safe backing Indiana to win -- although I don't trust the Pacers to cover the 5-point spread. The Wiz also remain without fourth-leading scorer Davis Bertans. The lone Pacers injury concern is Doug McDermott, who is questionable, and that's not a huge deal. Indiana is tied with Philly for the second-most road victories in the Eastern Conference this season (13). A win here would give the Pacers their first three-game winning streak overall since starting the season 3-0.
Typically I would look to avoid the road chalk here, but the Wizards traded some of their bench depth, Davis Bertans is still out, and now Bradley Beal is questionable to play. The Pacers are healthy enough that they should be able to create matchup problems for the Wizards, especially at their pace of play. I make the Pacers -5.9 in my simulations with Bradley Beal in, and that number balloons up to -8.3 if he's unable to play.
