Winds are blowing in about 10 mph at Kauffman Stadium and it's not hot yet in Kansas City, so the ball shouldn't carry too much. The Tigers will use an opener in Brenan Hanifee (zero ER allowed in four outings) with Drew Anderson as the bulk guy. Anderson has been good of late with one run allowed over his past 6.1 innings. The Royals' Noah Cameron is perfectly mediocre, but that Detroit lineup doesn't do much for me tonight. The Tigers are hitting only .210 vs. southpaws like Cameron this season.
