Ronel Blanco has been very good on the road (2.33 ERA) and the Astros are hot. Going first 5 means I get the heart of the lineup 3x. Nice price

The Stros are hot and the Rays are not and I expect that to continue in the finale of this series. For the first time in a long time the Rays aren't really in a playoff chase. Houston is making its surge. They are 7-3 on the road with Ronel Blanco on the mound and 15-7 overall. He has a 2.33 ERA on the road and the Rays lineup is thin. He fared well in one prior start against them. Rays are 2-6 since winning a series in Houston. I don't buy their starter.
