The Braves have their best pitcher on the mound. RLopez has allowed more than 2 ER in just 1 of 10 starts. Plus, the Braves are motivated….the Nats took 3/4 in Atlanta. Great spot to lay the number with Atlanta
The Nationals won three of four from Atlanta last week, and now it's time for the Braves to get some payback. The Nats own the worst OPS (.621) in MLB over the past month, and Reynaldo Lopez (3-2, 1.73 ERA) should keep rolling. He gave up six earned runs in five May starts. The Braves rank eighth in OPS (.748) against left-handers and should hit Mitchell Parker. The 24-year-old has yielded three earned runs in four straight starts and is allowing a 40.8 percent hard-hit rate this season. Look for Atlanta to bounce back from Wednesday's shutout loss in Boston.

We generally don't get 3.5 earned runs as a prop unless it's a terrible pitcher or one in Denver. Parker is neither. Is the rookie fading a bit? Perhaps, but he has not allowed more than three earned in a start yet in the Show and these aren't the 2023 Braves offensively.
Nats caught Braves at the right time and beat them up pretty good in ATL (which we cashed on repeatedly as ATL reeled from losing their best player for the year to injury). Expect the results to change here in this series in DC. Mitchell Parker has been nifty but seeing these teams a second time will prove tougher. Threw 100 pitches for first time in last start, vs these Braves, which could bring some fatigue. Reynaldo Lopez has been a stud for the Bravos (1.73 ERA). Nats staff sagging, allowing 23 runs in sweep by the Mets. Nats are just 10-16 at home.
