He didn’t give up a single hit, while issuing just two walks. His ability to keep hitters off base should not come as a surprise, given that he had a 0.89 WHIP at Double-A before being called up. The Astros only have a .704 OPS against right-handed pitchers and they sorely miss Yordan Alvarez (oblique). The Dodgers are 22-14 at home, and this is a favorable spot for them to improve on that record.
