Rarely do you get a midseason energy boost as a losing team, but that’s what the Rockies got last night with Wynton Bernard. A 31-year-old who had played 10 seasons in the minors before getting called up for the first time yesterday. He ended up getting a hit, a stolen base and a run in the inning that the Rockies took the lead for good and he should be in the lineup again. Jose Urena pitched a quality start in his last outing against the Diamondbacks and he has been very good at Coors Field besides one outing against the Dodgers. Zac Gallen has been good this season, but the Rockies have already seen him three times and they hit him well last outing. The Rockies are 33-28 at home while the Dbacks are 19-32 on the road. This line should be much closer to 50-50.

The Rockies are a much better team at home (33-28) than on the road (18-36). And the Diamondbacks are the same, 32-29 at home and 19-32 on the road. This game will be in Denver, so I'll gladly take plus money on the Rockies. My model says Colorado wins more than 50 percent of the time, so you're getting strong value with the Rockies at this number.
