New York Yankees (-125, 8.5) at Toronto Blue Jays: 7:07 p.m. ET

The Yankees look to salvage the final game of the series after Toronto won the first three. New York came back from an early 8-1 deficit on Wednesday to tie the game 9-9 late. However, the Blue Jays plated two runs in the bottom of the eighth to pull out the win, 11-9.

Clarke Schmidt tries to turn the tide for the Yankees. Schmidt is coming off a poor outing against the A's, where he allowed four runs over 6.0 innings. That ended a streak of 20.2 scoreless innings pitched from Schmidt in his previous three starts. Schmidt has given up no runs in four of his last six starts. 

Toronto goes for the series sweep with Chris Bassitt on the mound. The veteran is coming off his worst outing of the season, where he gave up eight hits and nine runs to the Red Sox in just 2.0 innings of work. Bassitt faced New York back on April 27, allowing four runs over 5.2 innings in a 5-1 Yankees win.

San Francisco Giants (-120, 8.5) at Arizona Diamondbacks: 9:40 p.m. ET

San Francisco ended a four-game losing streak on Wednesday with a 6-5 win over Arizona. Even with the loss, the Diamondbacks are 5-2 in the last seven meetings heading into Thursday's series finale. 

The Giants give the ball to Robbie Ray. The left-hander sports an 8-4 record with a 2.75 ERA this season. Ray pitched well when he faced Arizona back in May, giving up three runs and striking out nine over 6.0 innings in a 10-6 Giants win. 

Brandon Pfaadt gets the ball for Arizona. Pfaadt is hoping a new month brings better results. He posted a 6.26 ERA in June, allowing 17 runs in 23.0 innings pitched. The Diamondbacks have been a bad bet with Pfaadt on the mound recently, going 2-5 in his last seven starts.
