Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

Been the biggest Canes fan around since Jan. 2, 1984. I re-watch that Orange Bowl game often, and I still so respect the heck out of Tom Osborne going for 2. Imagine the butterfly effect on the U-M program if that pass is complete. No chance it is where it is now. Zero. Miami just never plays well in Blacksburg (that town smells like old goats), and now there is some Tech energy going on with James Franklin on the way. I'm truly worried about an SU loss. I don't think that happens, but I also don't think Miami wins by more than 17 in only its second time leaving the Sunshine State this year. The other didn't go well.
