Oklahoma State has lost 10 of its last 11 games, with the only victory being a 20-point win over UT Martin in the 2025 season opener. (The Skyhawks subsequently lost by 25 to UTEP and 27 to Southern Illinois.) The Cowboys are coming off a bye week after getting destroyed, 69-3, by Oregon. Redshirt freshman QB Zane Flores predictably struggled in his first career start: 7-of-19 for 67 yards and two interceptions. Meanwhile Tulsa is coming off its best performance of the season, a 42-23 loss to Navy in which the Golden Hurricane hung around for a half. Even if this game gets out of hand, Tulsa can backdoor a cover against a Cowboys team that has its Big 12 opener next week against Baylor.
