BYU is likely due for a flat spot following consecutive overtime thrillers in which it came out on the winning end. It doesn't help that the Cougars run into a Washington club that likely saw its playoff hopes ruined and Pac-12 race chances derailed by a weather-delayed loss to Cal. That was a serious wake-up call, and the Huskies should take care of business in this one.
Thanks to a couple of high scoring games lately for both BYU and Washington this total is way higher than it should be. Both these teams want to play at a slower pace, and both should succeed. This is Washington’s first road game, and the last three meetings have stayed Under. The Under is the play.
Two consecutive overtime games could take its toll on BYU.
