Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

Rhode Island is coming off a massive upset overtime win over Dayton. Now it faces another road game at Duquesne, which has covered four straight in this series. The Dukes had covered three straight before an extremely disappointing home loss to St. Bonaventure. This is a great bounceback spot for the Dukes, who should force turnovers and get their transition game going.
Rhody is without leading scorer Jonah Hinton (14.1 PPG, terrific free-throw shooter) with two rotational reserves in question. No players listed even iffy for Duquesne. The Dukes are fourth in the Atlantic 10 in scoring offense (83.2 ppg), field goal percentage (.478) and three-point field goals made per game (9.43). They have won five straight at home in the series.
