It would be nice to know if Iowa sharpshooter CJ Fredrick will play after missing the last game as he's listed as questionable. However, even if he doesn't go, the Hawkeyes are worth a wager here now that the spread is in single digits. I'm a Sparty fan and they simply don't have a go-to guy this season like a Cassius Winston or Xavier Tillman. Tom Izzo's club has been atrocious offensively during a three-game skid and is just 1-10 ATS in its past 11 overall.

Michigan State has lost three straight (0-3 ATS) thanks to horrendous shooting performances, as it has made no more than 17 field goals in each defeat. The Spartans are 2-6 in their last eight games and now have to face a Hawkeyes team that is coming off back-to-back losses and is 9-1 at home. Iowa is 15-1 ATS in its last 16 games after a non-cover. I see the Hawkeyes bouncing back and getting the job done.

Michigan State has covered once in its past 11 games, and now the Spartans have to deal with an angry Hawkeyes team coming off a tough loss at Illinois. MSU has been blown out twice since coming back from a COVID-related hiatus. Look for Iowa to improve to 16-1 ATS in its last 17 games following an ATS loss.
