Play'n Go partners with Ember Entertainment to expand portfolio
The renowned online casino game provider announced a new partnership to power titles in West Virginia, with two other states planned in the near future.
Delaware North has a new gaming division brand and also a new partner for online casino games. Play'n Go announced that it entered into a deal with Ember Entertainment, a newly rebranded gaming division of Delaware North, to power Ember Casino in West Virginia. In addition, the partnership includes plans to integrate Play'n Go games in two other states down the road.
Play'n Go expands footprint among WV online casinos
Play'n Go already provides content for many of the best online casinos, including for the likes of BetMGM Casino, DraftKings Casino and Caesars Palace Online Casino. Now, Delaware North is added into the mix.
With this new deal, Play'n Go will supply Ember with some of its most popular casino games online, which the developer says is a significant step in its long-term growth strategy in North America.
"We are very pleased to partner with Ember Entertainment at such an exciting point in their evolution," Lance Xuereb, global account director of Play'n Go, said in a statement. "Their ambitious plans for growth, combined with their strong land-based footprint, make them an ideal long-term partner for Play'n GO in the US."
Xuereb added that the WV online casino market is the first step in what Play'n Go envisions as a "highly collaborative relationship … online and beyond."
What could be in store for Play'n Go
Xuereb noted that Play'n Go looks forward to supporting Ember's expansion across new states with real money casino apps, implying that Delaware North could lay roots down elsewhere.
The press release announcing the Play'n Go partnership noted that its portfolio will first launch with Ember Casino in West Virginia, with "additional launches planned" across the Pennsylvania and New Jersey online casino markets in the coming months.
What's more, the partnership between Play'n Go and Delaware North could serve as a foundation for a broader deal to integrate Play'n Go games at retail casinos in the future.
It's another milestone for Play'n Go as it continues to establish itself as a go-to game provider. More recently, the company received a license to provide online casino games to legal operators in the Alberta online casino industry, which launched in July.
