Caesars Online Casino Maine: What is known so far?

While Caesars Palace Online Casino is not yet live in the state, the Maine online casino industry expects to launch within the next few months. Here's everything we know so far.

Caesars Palace Online Casino has yet to launch in Maine, which earlier this year became the eighth state to legalize online casinos. That said, the Maine online casino industry is expected to go live by early 2027, and Caesars Online Casino Maine has the inside track to obtain a license to operate in the state.

Let's find out all there is to know about the Caesars Casino Maine launch.

Just as summer kicked off, Caesars Entertainment announced that it had expanded on its existing partnership with three Wabanaki Nations tribes in Maine. More specifically, the gambling company reached deals with the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians, the Mi'kmaq Nation and the Penobscot Nation.

Per a state law passed in early 2026, Maine has carved out four licenses for incoming online casinos, all of which are tied to the four Wabanaki Nations tribes. With this Caesars Entertainment expansion agreement, not only does it open the door for the launch of Caesars Online Casino Maine, but it also allows the company to potentially go live with two other brands.

Essentially, Caesars could roll out Caesars Palace Online Casino as well as Caesars Sportsbook & Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino. Of course, this is all subject to regulatory and licensing approval by the Maine Gambling Control Unit, which will oversee the Maine online casino market.

So is Caesars coming to Maine? Yes, but it's unclear when exactly it will happen.

There is no guarantee as to what the Caesars Online Casino Maine launch will look like. However, the online casino is already live in four other states, providing a template that could shine a light on what might be expected.

As it stands, Caesars Palace Online Casino is one of the top Pennsylvania online casinos and is also licensed in Michigan, New Jersey and West Virginia with around 2,000 games, many of which are popular and/or exclusive slots.

All of its offerings are housed in a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate app and on desktop, each of which mirrors the other to create a straightforward experience for customers.

In addition, each Caesars Palace Online Casino customer is automatically enrolled in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program that allows them to earn points with every wager. With enough points, users can then redeem them for things like casino bonuses and spins, among other perks.

While nothing is confirmed regarding what will be included in the Caesars Online Casino Maine launch, Caesars Palace Online Casino in other states shares many common threads.

In each market, Caesars offers an array of payment methods, including debit cards, online banking and e-wallet options like PayPal and Venmo. It also features strong responsible gambling tools such as deposit, loss and bet limits, among others, to help users ensure that legal online casino gambling remains a form of recreational entertainment.

It is possible that, thanks to its tribal partnership, Caesars Online Casino Maine could offer pre-registration for new users, as it has in other jurisdictions. This enables customers to register an account before the platform launches.

While players won't be able to make deposits and obviously not play casino games online at that time, they may be able to sign up for updates from Caesars Palace Online Casino and get notified once it has launched and is open for business.

Since Caesars Entertainment announced its expanded partnership in June, there have been few updates regarding the state's iGaming launch. As noted, it's possible that Caesars Online Casino Maine opens the doors for pre-registration down the road. That will allow users to create an account and request updates straight from the operator.

Beyond that, those interested in staying on top of Caesars activity in the state can refer to our Maine online casino guide, which details everything there is to know about the industry while providing the latest news regarding the market and its potential licensed online casino operators.

No. Caesars Online Casino Maine is not yet live in the state, though it is expected that it will join the industry when it goes live by early 2027.

As of September, there is no Caesars Online Casino Maine promo code for first-time users. While there is no guarantee that there will be one, Caesars has rolled out welcome offers for new customers in other states, so it would not be surprising to see one in Maine.

Based on projected timelines from state lawmakers and regulators, Caesars Online Casino Maine could launch by early 2027, if not sooner.

Again, there are no promises. However, in other states, Caesars Palace Online Casino automatically enrolls new users in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program, allowing them to earn points with every wager and exchange them for perks such as casino bonuses and bonus spins.
