Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

PSG have a strong record in this season’s Champions League: four wins, one draw, and one defeat from six games. They’re third in the standings, but they’re only 3 points ahead of Barcelona, who are 15th. The table is looking really congested, so the Parisians need to keep winning to boost their chances of securing automatic qualification for the Round of 16. They should be able to grind out an away win against Sporting Libson today. The Portuguese champions lost 3-1 to Bayern Munich in their last Champions League game, and they may struggle to cope with PSG’s attacking brilliance, so PSG should win this game.
Now this is some serious juice, so if you'd rather take a sprinkle on over 3.5 goals at plus odds, just know I support that decision! PSG's defense has been a bit lack luster as of late. We saw them draw Marseille 2-2 in the Trophee des Champions final. We also saw them concede two to Metz, and concede to Paris on two separate matches. Their defense is leaking, but man their offense is still terrifying. They're currently tied with Dortmund for the most goals scored six matches into UCL with 19 goals. This is a team that will press, but Sporting, needing points, will make it hell for them.
