Buffalo has played four straight games to at least OT (all decided by 4-3 scores), so obviously we would at worst push if that happened again tonight. The Sabres have played to a .722 points percentage (5-1-3) in their last nine games overall. Perhaps easy for the Mammoth to look past this one for their only trip of the season Wednesday to Toronto, which is a stop most hockey players look forward to playing. Utah netminder Karel Vejmelka has allowed eight goals in a two-game skid and has a 3.01 road GAA. Counterpart Alex Lyon has a 2.83 home GAA. We probably push here, but like the Blues on Monday vs. a superior opponent in a possible trap game, maybe the Sabres surprise us too.
