There's a window of value on the 49ers at this reduced number. Trey Lance remains a question mark at QB, but he has some reliable help with the likes of Deebo Samuel and Elijah Mitchell. Justin Fields of Chicago isn't much more proven and he will struggle to throw downfield against the 49ers' pass rush. The Chicago defense will be serviceable but will miss centerpice Khalil Mack, who is now with the Chargers. Look for the 49ers to pull away late and clip this number.
