Even with Dwayne Haskins starting, Washington can keep this close. Haskins had a full week of reps and I think he'll play better than he showed early this season. Carlos Dunlap's expected absence should help. Ron Rivera and Pete Carroll have faced each other six times -- five of those games have ended within a touchdown. Take the points.

Washington will be missing four starters: QB Alex Smith, excellent rookie running back Antonio Gibson, and linebackers Cole Holcomb and Kevin Pierre-Louis due to injury. Do you really trust Dwayne Haskins against an improving Seattle defense? It's usually wise to be wary of a West Coast team playing in the early 1 p.m. ET window, but the Seahawks dominate on the East Coast in winning 11 of their past 12 there. In his career, Russell Wilson is 18-9-2 ATS (67%) in the Eastern Time Zone. This may get to Seattle -7 (rose from -6 when Smith was ruled out) so we'll jump now.

Seattle Unders have cashed in five straight as the Seahawks defense has greatly improved in the second half, allowing about 16 points per game during that stretch. Washington has allowed 17 points or less in four straight despite playing the last three weeks on the road. While Seattle's offense is dangerous in any given week, I think the Football Team defense can do enough to keep them from piling on points. If Alex Smith starts at less than 100%, that should help the Under, and if Dwayne Haskins starts instead, that should help the Under as well. I don't see Washington scoring many points here and that should keep us from sweating the Under on Sunday.

Washington keeps rolling. I don't think Russell Wilson is going to get it done against this defense. I think Alex Smith is going to play. They have a great coaching staff and I'm sticking with Washington.
