It's been quite a climb up the Smoky Mountains by the Hornets, who hardly looked postseason candidates into mid-January. Since then, however, Charlotte has forged a dramatic turnaround, with wins in 13 of 16 since, and the Hornets are inside of the play-in field and within shouting distance of the top six and a skipping the play-in altogether. Staying healthy has been key, and rapid development of Duke rookie bomber Kon Knueppel has further fueled the charge.
