The Knicks have played four straight games without Jalen Brunson, who will be sidelined again Monday. Mikal Bridges had at least eight combined rebounds and assists in each of those games. In total, he averaged 4.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game during that span. When he faced the Heat earlier this month, Bridges had four rebounds and eight assists. When he faced them back in October, he recorded three rebounds and six assists. Give me the over here.

The Heat has fallen into a mine shaft, a seven-game skid with progressively worse results. The Griz ran the Heat off of the court in a 125-91 Saturday romp, the second consecutive game that Miami landed on exactly 91. Not necessarily a post-Jimmy Butler trade development, either; Jimmy B hadn't been playing for much of the two months prior to the trade. The loss to Memphis might be the nadir, with the Heat missing 28 of 37 triples in the humiliation. Meanwhile the Knicks return home after a Western road swing and still minus Jalen Brunson, who hasn't played since March 6, but the end of the trip encouraged, including a blowout win at Sacto and a narrow loss at red-hot Golden State. KAT is having what I would consider his best season since entering the league and has thrived at the Center position where he is a major mismatch. With that being said, I expected this line to open a few ticks lower. For starters, KAT has failed to eclipse this combo line in six of his previous seven appearances and he is averaging just 32 PRA over that sample. This is also a difficult matchup against a Miami Heat squad that is ranked 12th in Defense and plays at the 4th slowest pace. Additionally the Heat are tough on opposing Centers and have surrendered the fewest Rebounds and Assists to the position over their last 15 games.

Get the even money while you can. This opened at +110 and is already on its way down. Bam Adebayo has 2 assists in his last 2 games and the Heat offense is really struggling in a 7 game losing streak. But before that, Bam was on a 7-1 run to the over. I expect the Heat to pick up their offense in the Garden, and for Bam to at least just have a "normal" game. Which includes 4 assists on the night.
